 Claims Preparation for Business Interruption and Material Damage.

Establish Your Policy Cover

The first thing we do is review your Business Interruption Cover. We will quickly let you know what is covered by your policy and we will identify any limitations. Our initial assessments are free. We will start charges only if you agree we can add value for you and have assured you that Claims Preparation fees are covered by your Insurance Policy.

Arrange Progress Payment

We will ensure you get the progress payments you need to keep your business afloat and able to recover fully from the loss you have experienced. Progress payments are vital to the cash flow of a business, especially if the interruption is lengthy. We will prepare interim loss calculations which you will review before they are presented to the loss adjuster. We work to ensure the loss adjuster makes a fair assessment of your business’s losses.

Forecast Your Losses

We will analysis your company data and get to know how your company has been doing so we can forecast your losses correctly.
We will also look at the direction your business was going, so that if you had been expanding, that is fully considered in your claim. Critically analysing your past performance and developing business trends to accurately measure the true direction of your business is very important.
We dig deeply into your accounting records to locate all the expenses you have already incurred that you are entitled to claim.
We advise what extra expenses you are able to claim to get your business back up and running as soon as possible.

 

Calculate Your Claims Settlement

Able Business Claims will work closely with you to assess when your business has returned to normal. We will quantify your final claim and you will review our assessment before we present it to the loss adjuster. We work closely with you until the claim is finalised and we continue to work with you until you have received the final settlement.

Work With Your Loss Adjuster

We work closely with your loss adjuster. At each stage when a claim is submitted to the loss adjuster for approval, we will answer all of the loss adjusters questions to ensure your claim is treated fairly. It is the loss adjusters job to check your claim for your insurance company. It is our job to ensure you get the maximum payment you are entitled to recieve.

Assist With Your Material Damage Claim

We will help you put together a claim for your damaged assets. We help identify what can be claimed as part of your Business Interruption claim and what is a separate Material Damage claim. We provide a highly disciplined and focused approach that looks at exactly what your policy wording says you are entitled to claim. We carefully assess each asset damaged or lost. We ensure that all relevant costs are claimed for.

 

Provide Project Management

We can project manage reinstatement and repair work for you. We will work closely with you and with suppliers to ensure timing is smooth and you are able to return to normal operations as soon as possible. We use a structured process block system that ensures work is properly organised to achieve the quickest reinstatement of your assets.

We can keep contractors to time to ensure quotes, approval of quotes and repairs happen as promptly as possible. We will ensure nothing gets forgotten in the complex process of putting your business back together.
